What factors can delay order delivery?
We always try to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders of in stock products usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.

We wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of shipment.

3. Ship the contents as you received them, with insurance and a tracking number.
4. All returns packaged should be sent to the return address.
